Important Information
The Ministry of Labor will no longer issue a paper that states your Non-B visa has been cancelled.
To cancel a Non-B visa you need a letter from your company stating you are no longer employed with them. The date that you plan to cancel your visa should be the same date or a later date as the one specified in the letter. If the dates do not match, you will have to pay an overstay fee.
Immigration will now charge 1,900 baht for the 7 day extension to transfer a work permit from one company to another.
